You receive a build slot confirmation by email within one business day
Our team schedules a consult to confirm which pod configuration fits your space and your patient base
You receive a final invoice with the deposit credited
Production starts on your unit
White glove delivery and on site setup is scheduled
Your team is trained and the pod goes live

Refund policy

The deposit is fully refundable up to the point production begins on your unit. Once your specific build is on the line, the deposit becomes non refundable but still credits 100 percent against the final price. Operators with timing concerns should talk to sales before placing the deposit.

Lead time

Lead times shift each quarter as demand changes. Talk to sales for the current build queue or just place the deposit and we will confirm your delivery window inside 24 hours.
