Which configuration should I choose?

If your offer is built around light therapy, the Q8 is the full PBM platform. Choose Q8 + VibroAcoustic if the client experience drives retention, such as spas, recovery studios and memberships. Choose the Ultimate if you want PBM, PEMF and VibroAcoustic in one session, with the delivery fee waived. A 30-minute call is usually enough to decide.

Why does the Q8 cost more than other pods?

You are buying a connected treatment platform, not a light box: 7,600W of output, five independently controlled wavelengths, pulse sweeping, automatic dose adjustment, a self-serve kiosk and over-the-air updates. Self-serve operation removes staff time per session and cloud updates keep the pod current, so total cost of ownership usually compares well with cheaper systems.

How does the deposit work?

The $25,000 deposit holds your build position and is credited in full to the final price of whichever configuration you choose. It is fully refundable until production begins on your unit. You receive a build-slot confirmation within one business day.

What financing is available?

What are the power and space requirements?

The footprint is comparable to a treatment table, with standard 120V or 240V electrical options. Before delivery, our team reviews your electrical, room size, ventilation and access so the space is ready when the pod arrives. Installation and training are included.

Can I add VibroAcoustic or PEMF later?

The platform is modular, and there are upgrade paths depending on your unit and timing. Talk to us before you order and we will map out the options.

How does the self-serve kiosk work?

A 12.9" industrial touchscreen is built into the unit. You create client accounts and assign protocols; clients log in, choose their program and the pod runs the session, adjusting dose for body size and skin tone. Every session is logged, so you can review usage and outcomes without being in the room.

Is the ReGen Pod FDA cleared?

The ReGen Pod is FDA registered as a Class II medical device. Registration means the device and manufacturer are listed with the FDA, which is different from 510(k) clearance. Call us if you need specifics for your practice.
